If you'd like to exchange an unworn item with tags attached for another item we'll be happy to ship your return for free per the terms below.

• Exchanges must be received within the 21 day return time from the day the original item shipped and ten day return on formal and intimate items as noted in item description.
• We will waive the ground shipping charge on your exchange item(s) within the domestic U.S.
• For shipments outside the U.S. or if expedited shipping is requested domestically or internationally, we will credit the exchange shipping charge up to $8.00 and bill the original credit card used for the difference. 
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
