Our Return and Exchange Policy and Process
O If for any reason you are not satisfied with a regular price item, simply return it for an exchange or refund of the full value. We are a small specialty boutique therefore sale priced items are returnable for online store credit or exchange only.
O All returned items must be in the original condition with tags attached.
O We will accept returns or exchanges up to 21 days from the date your package left our shipping location.
O To expedite your Return/ Exchange please indicate the reason for return and exchange item(s) needed on a copy of your invoice and include in box with return. For faster service and to ensure the item is in stock call to check size availability or place order through website for new items. We will credit your account for the returned items within 1 credit card billing cycle.
O We recommend you ship your return items via UPS, Fedex or other national shipping company, or via USPS. We strongly recommend you insure the package in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit.
O You are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and returns. Shipping charges and return charges can not be refunded.
O Please ensure all tags are attached to the returned garment.
O Enclose a copy of your order receipt with your shipment and indicate the reason for return or exchange.
O Your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges will be refunded. On return of sale items you will receive a non-expiring web coupon code via e-mail.
O We can not accept returns of worn, damaged or soiled items. If an item is returned to us in worn, damaged or soiled condition we will return the item to you and place the shipping charge on the credit card used to purchase the original order.
O Sorry, we can’t accept returns on intimate apparel or swimwear. Items that may not be returned are indicated in the description section for that item.
